Over the course of 10 days, you will be led in practices rooted in earth medicine, embodiment, neural re-programming, root cause healing, and subconscious rewiring to release any ounce of shame you may be carrying, and reclaim the most EPIC, powerful, and beautiful parts of yourself.

You've been dimming the most magical, powerful, magnetic, and turned-on parts of yourself for too long. You've banished those parts of yourself to the cave of shame because someone somewhere made you believe that you were too much, too loud, too big, too woo-woo, or not good enough, smart enough, or worthy enough.

I get it, babe. I did it for years. I even healed it, released years of shame, moved with BOLD AF self-expression, and had some of the most beautiful, fun, easeful, magnetic, and abundant years of my life. ONLY TO LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN! Like wtf - it is WILD how we let people around us make us think we're doing something wrong, when we're simply showing up SO FREAKIN POWERFULLY that it makes them uncomfortable. Then, without even realizing it, we play into their judgments and push the most beautiful parts of ourselves aside.

THE DEETS:

3 LIVE SESSIONS

We begin on Tuesday, November 11th, with an Opening Ceremony LIVE Zoom Call at 10 AM PST.

Second Live Zoom Session at 10 AM on Friday, November 14th - this will be an embodied hypnotherapy release and reclamation journey to heal and release the root cause of your shame and reprogram your subconscious and nervous system to feel SAFE, bringing your power back online. 

Final Live Zoom Session on Thursday, November 20th aat 10 AM PST, for our Closing Ceremony Reclamation Ritual.

Each day in between, you will receive a short practice and teaching for reclaiming your voice, energy, power, expression, thoughts, time, and connection to your body and the earth. 

You will also be invited to join a Telegram group where we can connect, share, integrate, reflect, and receive support.
